The Community Vitality Program Committee is a group of individuals from across Essex County who provide direction and guidance to CCE-Essex staff on the development of educational programs of the Community Vitality programs. The advisory committee members are appointed by CCE Essex and the general public is welcome to attend the meetings and have input.
