This program emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls. You will learn to view falls as controllable, set goals for increasing activity, make changes to reduce fall risks at home, exercise to increase strength and balance
This class is for anyone concerned about falls, interested in improving balance, flexibility, and strength, anyone who has fallen in the past, or has restricted activities because of falling concerns
Where: Ticonderoga Senior Meal Site, Ticonderoga Armory, 123 Champlain Ave
When: Fridays from 1 – 3 pm for 8 weeks
September 30th, October 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, November 4th and 18th, December 9th
