How to Join 4-H

Please contact 4-H staff at the office at (518) 962-4810 if you are interested in joining the Essex County 4-H Program!

Enrollment is open to youth ages 5-18 as of January 1st of the current year. New 4-H members, volunteers, and clubs are welcome to join at any point throughout the year. 

2024-2025 4-H Enrollment Forms (Please call the office for these forms):

  • Cloverbud Horse Enrollment Packet (for youth ages 5-9 who will be participating in equine activities)
  • Youth Horse Enrollment Packet (for youth ages 10-18 who will be participating in equine activities)
  • Cloverbud/Youth Non-Horse Enrollment Packet (for all ages who will not be participating in equine activities)
  • Leader/Volunteer Enrollment Packet
