Join our FREE Tai Chi for Arthritis class as we alleviate some discomfort associated with arthritis, strengthen our bodies, and improve our general health and balance through gentle stretches and relaxing upright movements. Tai Chi for Arthritis was developed by Paul Lam as an introductory class to Tai Chi for people with or without arthritis. This class is open to all members of the Ticonderoga Area Senior Center, we welcome you to come early for Range of Motion class held Mondays and Fridays at 9 am.
